Licensed for over 15 years, Karen is in the top 10% of agents on the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, and she has successfully sold hundreds of homes.
Karen came from Liverpool, England, in 1990 with her husband. The two well-travelled Brits were looking for new adventures. They loved the Fraser Valley and settled in right away. Within a few years, they had two sons. They raised their family in the Fraser Valley school system and have been active volunteers with their local community football teams for many years.
Karen and her husband enjoy time outdoors hiking and horseback riding throughout the Fraser Valley. She loves that this area offers a wonderful lifestyle with a great mix of urban and outdoorsy activities.

Sherilyn is our team’s Office Manager and Controller. She works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our policies and education, systems, and services are current and cutting edge! Her many duties include financial affairs, office organization, customer and public relations.
When not working, Sherilyn enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and four children hiking, walking and camping. She also enjoys spending time in the kitchen baking and cooking.
